July madness

Good old fashioned country time fun! We went to Steadmans about 4 times this summer. Love that place!
We hosted two young ladies for the international Folk dance festival. Here we have Stephanie and Celine (they were sisters) from Belgium. Being host family is an extremely busy week but sooo much fun! We pack as much fun into 4 days as possible
Boating on the snake river
I love that my daughter Kamree was brave enough to jump in and play Volleyball. Where else would she have an opportunity to play volleyball with teenagers from Russia, Austria, India, and Belgium at the same time?
Russians teaching the kids some fun dances.
Sight seeing in Twin Falls.  Love this picture!
Stephanie and Celine.  Fun and cute girls.
We spend 4th of July weekend at the Cabin with the Williams fam.   Grandpa put up this cool zip line for the little kids.  Kelton loved it!
We also took some time to float the Henry's Fork.  Beautiful Day!
Just two weeks later, we went back to Island Park with some friends. We had sooo much fun.   We boated, boated, and boated some more!   We had two boats up there and after the first day and a half, we had already gone through all the fuel and had to load them up and go re-fuel for the next two days.
Don't you love Klade's shirt?
Great game of spoons.   Look at this picture closely.  It cracks me up!   There is so much to be said in the facial expressions.  We had 4 families with a total of 18 kids ranging in age from 8 months to 14.  Super crazy!  but super fun!
Braden and Kolby fought over this little bike everyday until the last day they finally figured out how to share it!  They are just two days apart in age.
We actually had one weekend in July that we didn't have anything planned.  So, on Friday at about 3:00, I called Klade at work and we decided at the very last minute to go camping.  It was very impromptu, but one of the funnest things we did all summer.   Did you know that it is actually possible to pack for camping in less than two hours?
We found a perfect little spot that we had all to ourselves.  ( and to think it was actually 24th of July weekend) amazing!
The kids just loved playing in the little creek.  Kelton asks all the time now if we are ever going to become "campers"?
